My shoulders/ ankle are soooooooo sore! But afterschool sports which you haven't done for at least 8 weeks do that to a gal

I jumped about three feet in the air when this random guy started yelling at the top of his voice out of his front door this arvo. He didn't sound happy. I thought he was talking to me for a minute, coz I was walking right past his house.
